内劲一指禅传说由印度高僧菩提达摩所创之经典延伸而来,是少林弟子驱倦、防兽、健身、护寺的修持方法之一。
在明末清初时期由中国河南省嵩山少林寺僧带到福建莆田的南少林,距今已有约400年的历史。民国时期,苏州渭塘人阙阿水成为“内劲一指禅”第十八代传人,从此内劲一指禅在苏州扎根,更打破历代单传的传统,开始广传惠及大众。
Shaolin Inner Strength One-Finger Zen traces its roots to Bodhidharma, the legendary Indian monk. Originally practiced by Shaolin disciples to boost energy, protect themselves, and maintain fitness, it was brought from Henan’s Shaolin Temple to Southern Shaolin in Putian, Fujian, nearly 400 years ago.
In the early 20th century, Que Ashui from Suzhou became the 18th-generation master, firmly establishing One-Finger Zen in Suzhou. Breaking the tradition of private transmission, it has since spread widely, helping countless people enhance health and vitality.
